It's been a while since we reviewed a British Horror Thriller, and Tubi Original Mercy Falls is a great place to start. The official trailer for Mercy Falls, a 2023 horror thriller starring Lauren Lyle (Outlander), has been released and it looks promising.
A Scottish Predator
Mercy Falls aims to be a Scottish version of Predator, with a group of friends being hunted by a mysterious creature in the Highlands. The trailer shows some impressive cinematography and action sequences, and the creature design looks suitably terrifying. Lyle looks great in the lead role, and the supporting cast includes some familiar faces such as Kate Dickie (Game of Thrones) and Cal MacAninch (Outlander).
Mercy Falls is set to be released on Tubi on March 22nd, 2023. We'll be sure to check it out and give you our full review.
